    Role and Responsibilities:
    • Respond and Resolve promptly to our customer inquries and complaints.
    • Ensures that customers'request is completed timely and accurately by Service Providers around the world, via specialized software or vendor websites
    • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
    • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
    • Set up and manage the new/existing customer accounts; Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
    • Ensuring that all orders received are authentic and pre-authorized according to procedures
    • Monitoring online currencies
    • Performs related work assigned

    • Any nationality is welcome, as long as proficient in Mandarin language. 
    Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Language is a MUST.
    • Typing proficiency must be 35-40 WPM
    • Working experience in the related field and/or experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
    • Applicant must be willing to work in Philippines (Makati City)
